We’re seeking a professional, responsible, and outgoing person to work as a receptionist in our busy Collision Repair Center . You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and be responsible for all front-desk and other administrative-support duties.


  • Answer all incoming calls from multi-line switchboard
  • Transfer/route all calls, take messages as needed
  • Assist all customers (on the phone and in-person) with basic dealership information
  • Provide administrative support to the front desk as needed (faxing, filing, etc.)

Weekends and Holidays are a must, early start to flexible mid-day start; work until route is complete.

What does Product Merchandising mean exactly ? It means presenting all Coca-Cola products in a way that will attract the attention of consumers at our customer retail locations.

How will you do this? Bring to life our displays by turning all product labels to face the consumer and filling the store shelves with a variety of our refreshing products. Work independently and outside the confines of 4 walls.

Things you should know about working as a Product Merchandiser:

  • It’s all in the presentation. Be a brand ambassador! Make sure those product logos meet the eye of every consumer. We call it “The Look of Success”
  • Travel to retail stores and customer accounts daily. Store to Store mileage reimbursement included
  • Good Customer Service? Priceless. Foster those important relationships with all retail store personnel
  • Flex your muscles & tie your shoes. We work fast and lift up to 50 lbs. of product repetitively

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license for your state of residency (Motor Vehicle Report will be reviewed)
  • Personal vehicle available to use for work
  • Proof of insurance policy to verify current coverage of liability and property damage at no less than $100,000 per person/$300,000 per occurrence/$50,000 property damage and $500 or less Deductible
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of product repetitively
  • Previous customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and be able perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis
  • Past job performance must reflect dependability, initiative, professional demeanor, and the ability to exercise sound judgment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift approximately up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, stand, lift, and perform physical labor for multiple hours at a time
  • Safely operate a motor vehicle
  • Ability to read and understand store plan-o-gram and set instructions
  • Ability to work in customer storage areas which may not be air conditioned

The BloodCollection Technician procures blood products from donors/patients to supportproduction requirements. Recruit donors for automated blood collectionprocedures as applicable per site or mobile.


Serves as an Indiana Blood Center (IBC) BloodCollections Technician representative demonstrating proficiency,professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills with the public whileperforming blood collection functions according to prescribed procedures ofstate and federal regulatory agencies. Position is critical and essential tothe operation of IBC, especially in times of inclement weather, low inventory,or situations that affect the blood supply.

Theexperience that we strive to provide all of our donors requires you toanticipate and exceed the expectations of our highly loyal and committed donorsas we strive to make their donation as convenient and pleasant as possible. Inthis position, you will perform accurate medical interviewing, determinedonor eligibility, perform venipunctures, and assure donor and recipientsafety.

REQUIREMENTS Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Previous experience in customer service required. Must be computer literate to accomplish functions of the job and to access/utilize company communications.

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS Successful candidates will have previous phlebotomy experience. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus. Ability to express oneself clearly/effectively in written and oral form. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, management, vendors and/or customers as necessary. Our donorcenter and mobile drive hours are based on being available for ourdonors. To ensure coverage for both mobile drives and donor center hours,this position requires flexibility on the part of our entireteam. We work hard to ensure that we have our team on-site when thedonors are able to donate.

Schedule: Staff schedules are posted 2 weeks in advance to allow for staff to plan aroundthe

variability of the hours.


Trainingfor this position includes both classroom and hands-on mentorship (90days). The classroom training takes place at our Main Branch indowntown Indianapolis.
