U.S. Renal Care is looking for a Patient Care Technician (PCT) for our dialysis facility. The Patient Care Technician (PCT) provides hemodialysis therapies to patients in chronic renal failure.


  • Clean, disinfect, and rinse dialysis machines according to protocol.
  • Obtain pre and post treatment weights of patients per protocols.
  • Safely initiate, monitor and terminate dialysis treatments and properly document per center protocol.
  • Mix acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.


  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Confirmation of the ability to distinguish all primary colors
  • Prefer a minimum of 3 months in dialysis healthcare or phlebotomy experience or CNA experience
  • Successfully complete USRC training program within 8 weeks of hire
  • Must obtain National certification within 18 months of hire.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in related field and computing skills required. Must have excellent organization skills, maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff and students, and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:
Two years of related work experience preferred.

Position Summary

Responsible for all purchasing quote activities and tracking. The Quote Coordinator will work with the Sales and Strategic Sourcing team to prepare and request quote packages from suppliers, including specifications, standards and prints. The Quote Coordinator will be responsible for answering all supplier questions pertaining to the Request for Quote (RFQ) and for following up with suppliers to ensure delivery due dates are met.

Your Specific duties in this role will include but not be limited to:

Working closely with the Strategic Sourcing Specialists and sales team to ensure all expectations are met.

Following up and tracking completion of RFQs to ensure delivery dates are met.

Creating a usable database to track completion of RFQs and to organize supplier quotes.

Maintaining ISO/TS 16949:2009 quality standards

Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and internal departments, as well as demonstrating professionalism when representing the company.

Job Requirements

Specific qualifications for the role include:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business/project management preferred, or 3 years work experience in quoting and purchasing/supply chain.

Knowledge of manufacturing, quality and production control, and planning processes.

Sourcing/supply chain management experience, project management experience, and knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer contact skills.

Demonstrates computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office preferred with proficiency in Word, and Excel.

Excellent telephone etiquette, attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities.

Effectively set priorities and meet deadlines.

The candidate must possess the ability to talk or hear both in person and by telephone. This position requires the candidate to frequently stand and walk.
