CFA Staffing in Lafayette is currently accepting applications for a RECEPTIONIST position located in Lafayette, IN

Office Hours: 8:00 – 5:00

The focus of this position is answering phone calls and directing all customers to the correct person.

Phone:

  • Transfer phones to office from answering service
  • Answer phone calls & transfer caller to appropriate person or voicemail
  • Transfer phones to answering service from office at the end of the day

Scanning/ Filing :

  • Scan all mail, correspondence, receipts, checks & payments, completed work orders & disaster water job sheets
  • File all scanned items in to Restore 365 or eBridge accordingly
  • Stamp “scanned” & disperse scanned items accordingly

Additional Tasks:

  • Make copies of paperwork for technicians in the shop as needed
  • Sign for deliveries
  • Greet visitors
  • Take outgoing mail to mailbox in the mornings
  • Bring in incoming mail in the afternoon
  • Assist in general cleaning of office & bathrooms
  • Assist Customer Service Representative as needed

Additional Requirements:

  • CLEAN Background check
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Receptionist/clerical experience
  • Good customer service skills and experience
  • On-site interview with client will be required

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Obtain notification of test or procedure to schedule.

Work with Physician, Physician office staff, and hospital staff in obtaining and supplying information relative to the test or service to be rendered.

Contact patient and/or Physician for all necessary demographic, medical, and financial information.

Update scheduling system with test or procedure information.

Obtain financial verification and pre-certification as required for patient visits.

Document financial and pre-certification information according to defined processes.

Refer patients to the Financial Counselor to finalize payment for services.

Enter all required information to send billing electronically.

Horizon Oncology Center is currently seeking an experienced oncology clinic research coordinator for a busy oncology office. This position is responsible for managing oncology clinical trials. Experience in oncology is required with research experience preferred.

  • Leads site start up activities
  • Develops study specific care plans
  • Provides staff training on new study protocols
  • Consents patients to participate in research trials
  • Maintains continuing communication with the study participants to ensure their understanding of the study protocol, procedures and requirements
  • Accurately records source documentation in site EMR and study EDC systems
  • Monitors and documents toxicities to treatment
  • Reports Serious Adverse Events to sponsor and IRB as appropriate
  • As necessary, assists with collection, processing and shipment of specimens
